I offer a complimentary first session so that we can both get a sense whether or not we'd feel like a good therapeutic fit, so please don't hesitate to reach out and schedule a first session.

I most commonly see clients on a weekly basis, but depending on your needs and personal situation, appointments every other week or monthly may be what works best for you.

Adjusted Fees

I offer a limited number of adjusted fee slots based on need. We will discuss and determine a fee that works for both of us during the first session. Currently, I do not have any adjusted fee slots for individuals but do for families. I will regularly update the status of my adjusted fee slots.

Rates

My fee for a 50-minute individual session is $110. My fee for a 50-minute family session is $150. I also offer 90-minute sessions which are $155 for individual sessions and $185 for family sessions. I currently do not accept insurance.

Cancellation Policy

I follow a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Therefore, any change in our initially agreed upon session time and date, including not showing up to the appointment or forgetting, will result in you being fully charged for the appointment. However, I will happily make exceptions around emergencies and any other extreme and unforeseeable circumstances.

Payment

Cash, check, or venmo accepted for payment at time of service.
